At VGB we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, you may want to return items.
If the item is faulty or damaged when it is delivered, you can of course return it to our shops within 15 days for an exchange or full refund. It is very important however, that items are checked upon delivery and any breakages or damages are pointed out to the delivery person at the time of delivery or you notify us with 24 hours on:

Besides if you change your mind about an item, and wish to return it, we will issue a full refund. The item is to be returned within 15 working days from the day following delivery of your goods and they must be in original condition and packaging with no seals broken etc.
When returning items, please ensure you bring the original dispatch note with you, which should be found with your package. For security purposes we will also ask for a form of identification.
Please note that Paint tinted specifically for you cannot be returned. Please refer to the Colour Accuracy note below.
Due to the variability of computer and printer settings, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between the actual paint colour and the colour as seen on-screen or when printed. We recommend that you confirm your colour selection using our colour cards or fan decks, available in store, or by purchasing a colour sample on-line or in store. Minor colour differences between colour swatches, colour cards, the colour sample product and your final selected product may occur due to formulation differences.
